基于静电纺丝制备电气石/海藻酸钠/聚乙烯醇复合纤维 被引量:6

摘要 将生物酶制备的海藻酸钠(SA)、纳米电气石(TUR)粉体与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混,经静电纺丝制备负离子功能型复合纤维。结果表明:当4wt%SA溶液与10wt%的PVA水溶液的体积比为4∶6,TUR添加量为3.0g/100mLSA/PVA混合溶液时,在纺丝电压25kV,接收距离8cm条件下,可获得外观形态良好的TUR/SA/PVA复合纤维,纤维直径分布比较集中,在200~220nm左右。该纤维膜在空气中负离子释放量可达2345个/cm2,相当于人体在公园草坪中吸收的负离子数。随空气中温湿度的变化,该纤维可持续释放负离子,具有良好的医学保健功能。 The spinning fluid from the mixing of enzymatic sodium alginate(SA),nanometer tourmaline(TUR)and poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)in water was used to prepare TUR/SA/PVA composite fiber by electrospun. The results showed that composite fiber with a good morphology appearance can he obtained under the electrospinning voltage of 25kV and so- lidification distance of 8cm, and the spinning fluid was prepared by mixing 4wt% SA solution and 10wt% PVA solution with a volume ratio of 4 : 6 and adding 3.0g TUR to 100ml SA/PVA solution. The diameter distribution of the fiber was quite uniform(200nm-220nm). This fiber membrane could release 2345 tourmaline anions per square centimeters, which was almost the same level as that of lawn. Furthermore,the fibers can continuously release anion with the change of the mois- ture and so possessed a good healthy function.
