摘要
以小麦淀粉为原料,采用水溶液聚合法与丙烯酸接枝共聚制备具有较高凝胶强度的高吸水树脂,考察了N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、高岭土和顺丁烯二酸用量对高吸水树脂凝胶强度的影响。研究表明:N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺用量为0.11%时,树脂凝胶强度是210g/cm2;高岭土用量为10%时,树脂凝胶强度是255g/cm2;顺丁烯二酸用量20%时,树脂凝胶强度为193g/cm2。
A series of superabsorbent polymer (SAP) of high gel strength based on wheat starch and acrylic acid were prepared in aqueous solutions. The synthesis condition such as N, N-dimethylform-amide, kaolin clay and maleic acid were systematically optimized. The research showed that: as the amount of N, N-dimethylform amide WAs 0. 11%, the hydrogei strength of the resin is 210g/cm2 ; when the amount of kaolin clay is 10%, the hydrogel strength of the resin was 255g/cm2. As the amount of maleic acid was 20%, the hydrogel strength of the resin was 193g/cm2.
