摘要 采用水热法,在FTO衬底上生长纳米棒状结构,进一步SEM分析,TiO2纳米棒状结构的周围及尖端由花状结构组成。将这种结构与镀金的FTO衬底组装成探测器,在紫外光照下的光电流密度是黑暗情况下的12倍(IUV/Idark=12),响应时间为2s,光电流衰减时间为5s,表明该结构具有很好的紫外光探测性能。而且这种结构的探测器无需外加电压,表现出自驱动性能,并且对其光化学机理作了分析。 TiO2 nanorods were synthesized by a hydrothermal route. The SEM result showed that the nanorods were surrounded by flower structure. This structure were assembled as detector with FTO substrate which were plated with platinum. Illuminated by UV light, the currentdensity was 12 times more than the currentdensity in dark(Iuv/Idak was 12). The rise time was nearly 2s,and a decay time was 5s,which indicted that the nanorod structure had the excellent photode- tection performance. This detector had no need additionally voltage, showed self-powered. The mechanization of photochem- istry were also studied.
