摘要
采用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA2000P)对脱氢型液体硅橡胶的交联与发泡反应特性进行了分析,并研究了不同温度下脱氢型液体硅橡胶的等温交联与发泡反应动力学过程,得到了交联与发泡反应动力学方程。结果表明:脱氢型液体硅橡胶的交联反应与发泡反应具有典型的自催化反应特征,自催化模型能够很好的描述其动力学过程。
The characteristics of dehydrogenation liquid silicone rubber crosslinking reaction and foaming reaction were analyzed by using Alfa RPA200P, and the kinetic equations of crosslinking reaction and foaming reaction were got through studying the isothermal kinetic process of the rubber crosslinking and foaming reaction at different tempera- tures. The result showed that, the crosslinking and foaming of rubber had typical autocatalytic characteristic, so that the au- tocatalytic model can describe the dynamic process very well.
