摘要
以硝酸钡、硝酸铁和柠檬酸为原料,使用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法,在空心玻璃微珠(HGM)表面均匀包覆上钡铁氧体(BaFe12O19)涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对BaFe12O19/HGM复合颗粒进行表面观察、组分测定和磁性能表征。结果表明:经过表面处理的空心玻璃微珠表面光滑,BaFe12O19涂层均匀连续,镀层厚度小于1μm;BaFe12O19/HGM复合颗粒具有良好的磁性能,饱和磁化强度(Ms)为27.07emu/g,剩磁强度(Mr)为15.82emu/g,矫顽力(H)为4706.89Oe。
With barium nitrate,ferric nitrate and citric acid as raw materials,by using sol-gel self-propagating meth- od, barium ferrite (BaFelz O19 ) was coated on the surface of hollow glass microspheres (HGM) uniformly. The morphology and performance of BaFelz O19/HGM composite particles were characterized by canning electron microscopy (SEM), energy spectrum analysis (EDS),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that BaFe12 O19 coated on the surface of hollow glass microspheres was continuous and uniform , the coating thickness was less than l ktm,and the particles had good magnetic properties, the saturation magnetization (Ms) was 27.07 emu/g, remanent magnetization (Mr) was 15.82 emu/g,and coercive force (H) was 4706.89 Oe.
