PP/纳米MgO复合材料的性能研究

摘要 熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/纳米氧化镁(nano-MgO)复合材料,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了复合材料的结晶性能,热重法(TG)研究了复合材料的热稳定性,紫外可见光谱研究了复合材料的紫外屏蔽性能,对该复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米MgO在复合材料中的分散情况进行了观测。研究结果表明,纳米MgO在复合材料中分散均匀,可促进PP的结晶,并可提高PP的紫外屏蔽性能。虽然纳米MgO的引入使PP的热分解温度有所降低,但纳米MgO的引入提高了PP的冲击强度和弯曲强度。 Polypropylene(PP)/ nano magnesium oxide(nano-MgO)composite material was prepared by melt blend- ing method. The crystallization property of composite was tested by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal stability of composite was tested by thermogravimetry (TG). The ultraviolet-shielding Of composite was tested by ultravio- let-visible absorption spectra. The mechanical property of composite was tested. The dispersity of nano magnesium oxide in composite was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It shown that the nano-MgO was well dispersed in com- posite and the import of nano-MgO can promote the crystallization of PP. The import of nano-MgO can enhance the ultravi- olet-shielding of PP. Although the import of nano-MgO reduced the thermal decomposition temperature of PP, but the im- port of nano-MgO can enhance the impact strength and bending strength of PP.
