相变储能石膏板的制备及储热性能分析 被引量:5

摘要 用常压物理浸渍法制备了相变储能石膏板。采用SEM、DSC等测试手段对储能墙板的微孔形貌、热性能特征进行了测试。同时还测试了相变储能石膏板的储热调温性能和相变循环耐久性。结果表明:脂肪酸相变材料被有效吸附于石膏板的微孔结构中;储能石膏板的相变温度适宜,相变潜热与理论潜热值相当;相变材料容留量小于22%时,储能石膏板的渗出稳定性良好;热性能测试结果表明,相变储能石膏板的控温性能良好,能够实现热量在时间和空间上的转移,有效降低温度波动;250次固-液相变循环后,质量损失率仅为2.5%。 The gypsum-based phase change energy storage wallboard was prepared by using physical immersion with the free adsorption method. SEM and DSC were used to investigate the micro-pore structure and the thermal property of wallboard, respectively. The results showed that fatty acid was uniformly distributed in pores of wallboard. The phase change temperature was suitable and the latent heat was matched with theoretical value. The seepage stability was good when fatty acid adsorbing capacity was less than 22%. The temperature control property was also better which could realize heat transfer in time and space and temperature fluctuation was reduced. The mass-loss rate of wallboard was 2. 5% after 250 phase change cycles.
