摘要
选择3种不同的抗静电剂磷酸三(β-氯乙基)酯TCEP、阳离子型季铵盐类抗静电剂catafor PU以及导电填料Fe3O4研究制备矿用聚氨酯注浆加固材料,考察了这3种抗静电剂单独或复配使用时对聚氨酯注浆加固材料抗静电、阻燃及力学性能的影响。结果表明:TCEP和Fe3O4复配使用显示出良好的协同效应,可以获得综合性能优异的阻燃抗静电聚氨酯注浆加固材料,表面电阻为1.6×107Ω,拉伸强度42.87MPa,粘结强度4.94MPa,氧指数为30.1。
Three kinds of antistatic agents,Triphosphate(β-chloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP), cationic quaternary am- monium antistatic agent(catafor PU)and conductive powder electrical material(Fe3 04 )were selected to prepare polyure- thane grouting material. The influence of these antistatic agents on the antistatic, flame retardance and mechanical properties were studied in detail. The results indicated that TCEP and Fe3 04 had a good synergistic interaction, flame retarded and an- tistatic polyurethane grouting material with excellent comprehensive performance was prepared. Its surface resistance was 1.6 × 107Ft,tensile strength was 42.87MPa,bond strength was 4.94MPa and oxygen index(OI)was 30.1.
