摘要
目的分析儿童鼾症的常见发病原因及相应手术方法。方法对通过询问病史、常规体查及特殊检查确诊为儿童鼾症的患儿,针对儿童鼾症的病因采用相应的手术治疗,以解除患儿呼吸道阻塞。结果265例患儿治愈197例,占74%,好转68例,有效率100%。结论儿童鼾症与成人在病因与治疗方法上,都不尽相同,有一定的特殊性,儿童鼾症在治疗上以手术解除上呼吸道阻塞为主,预后良好。
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of children snore and its operation ways. Methods All the children with snore were diagnosed by inquiring disease history, regular and special examination, then the operation treatment was selected on the pathogenesis of children snore to solve their respiration obstruction. Results Of 265 cases, 197 cases （74%） were cured, improved 68 cases, effective rate lOOM. Conclusion In treatment of children snore, the main is to solve the upper respiration obstruction, and the prognosis is good.
