中药复方承气汤灌肠在腹部外科术后胃肠道功能恢复中的临床疗效观察

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF COMPOUND CHENGQI DECOCTION IN RECOVERY OF GASTROINTESTINAL FUNCTION POST ABDOMINAL SURGERY

目的观察中药复方承气汤灌肠在腹部外科术后胃肠道功能恢复中的临床疗效。方法将该院2010年1月—2014年1月收治的213例腹部手术后的患者根据疾病种类随机分为二组,分别于术后12h开始给予中药复方承气汤灌肠和温盐水灌肠,观察患者术后第一次肛门排气排便时间。结果急性化脓性阑尾炎术后第一次肛门排气排便时间二组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在其余腹部疾病术后,中药灌肠组患者第一次肛门排气排便时间明显短于温盐水灌肠组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药复方承气汤灌肠在促进腹部手术术后患者胃肠道功能恢复中有确切疗效,对临床工作有一定的应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of Compound chengqi decoction enema therapy in recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery. Methods A total of 213 patients accepted abdominal surgery admitted in authors hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were divided into two groups randomly, one group （ group A） were given enemas with Compound chengqi decoction after 12 hours of the surgery; and another group with warm salt water （group B）. The time of anal exsufflation from enemas were recorded and compared. Results The time of anal exsufflation of acute suppurative appendicitis was similar between the two groups,with no statistical significance （P〉0.05） ; And in the rest of the postoperative abdominal diseases, the time of anal exsufflation of group A was significantly shorter than the group B （P〈 0.05） among different kinds of diseases. Conclusions Compound chengqi decoction enema has affirmatory effect to promote recovery of gastrointestinal function in abdominal surgery patients, and has certain value for clinical treatment.
