风湿内科护理中伦理护理问题的调查分析

INVESTIGATION ANALYSIS OF CARE ETHICS ISSUES IN RHEUMATOLOGY NURSING

目的分析风湿内科护理中伦理护理问题的调查结果。方法随机选取2011年3月—2014年10月中国医科大学附属第一医院风湿内科收治的患者40例,另选取我院40名女性护理人员,将所有患者的资料、护理内容收集起来,对护理伦理问题的类型进行统计,并深入分析其发生的原因。依据本院实际将调查问卷自行制定出来,对伦理护理实践应用过程中受调查护理人员存在的问题进行统计。结果风湿内科护理伦理问题的患者调查结果显示,对隐私部位护理不当26例,合并感染性疾病8例,人文关怀程度不够6例,分别占总数的65.0%、20.0%、15.0%;风湿内科护理伦理问题的护理人员调查结果显示,对未熟练掌握基础伦理护理知识19例,面对伦理问题时做出错误选择13例,恐惧患者合并的感染性疾病3例,对患者未进行人文关怀护理2例,未对患者进行针对性护理1例,其他2例,分别占总数的47.5%、32.5%、7.5%、5.0%、2.5%、5.0%。结论风湿内科护理中存在伦理护理问题,临床应该积极采取有效措施促进护理人员伦理护理技能的有效提升,从而将伦理护理问题的发生率降低到最低限度,最终达到有效提升风湿内科护理质量的目的。

Objective To analyze the investigation results of care ethics issues of Rheumatology nursing. Methods A total of 40 cases of patients treated in Rheumatology of the author＇s hospital from March 2011 to October 2014 were randomly selected, and the other 40 women nurses in the hospital were also selected. All data of patients, nursing content were collected and nursing types of ethical issues statistics and of the reasons for its occurrence were analyzed indepth. A questionnaire on ethical issues was actually worked out according tothe Court itself, and nurses surveyed existed in the nursing practice application process were counted. Results The survey results of patients with rheumatoid medical care and ethical issues showed improper care 26 cases to private parts, infection diseases 8 cases, human care not enough 6 cases, accounting for 65.0%, 20.0%, 15.0% of the total, respectively; The survey results of Rheumatology care nurses showed that the ethical issues of ethics had not mastered basic nursing knowledge 19 cases, making the wrong choice when faced with ethical issues 13 cases, fear of patients with infectious diseases 3 cases, did not make humane care nursing for patients 2 cases, no specific treatment for patients 1 case, the others 2 cases, accounting for 47. 5%, 32.5%, 7.5%, 5.0%, 2.5%, 5.0% of the total, respectively. Conclusions Ethical issues exists in Rheumatology nursing care. We should take effective measures to enhance the nursing care ethical skills in clinic, which will reduce the incidence of ethical care issues to the minimum, ultimately achieve the purposes of effectively enhancing the quality of Rheumatology care.
