摘要
农村成人职业教育培训师资队伍整体水平的高低是决定其是否能够可持续发展和教学质量高低的重要因素。然而,目前我国农村成人职业教育培训教师的数量不足、质量不高、结构不优、继续教育制度不健全等问题依然存在,这与国家的政策、法规、制度等密不可分。为此,需要反思和厘清现有农村成人职业教育培训政策法规,创新制度机制,完善教师进修培训模式,优化师资队伍结构。
The development of adult vocational education in rural areas and to improve the quality of education depends on the overall level of the teachers. However, the number of China's rural adult vocational education teachers is shortage, the quality is not high, The structure is not excellent, continuing education system is not perfect, continuing education system is not perfect and other problems still exist, which closely with national policies, regulations, systems and so on. So we need to reflect and clarify existing rural adult vocational education and training policies and regulations, innovative institutional mechanisms, improve teacher education training model, optimize the structure of teachers.
