摘要
高职院校"双师型"教师社会服务能力是指在完成学校教育教学和科研工作基础上,为学校场域之外的科技成果推广、企业技术研发、生产实践指导等方面所提供服务的能力。其主要表现为技术服务能力、培训服务能力和文化服务能力。高职院校"双师型"教师社会服务能力发展需要政策制度层面给予"双师型"教师职责合理定位,学校层面构筑好"双师型"教师社会服务的机制和平台,教师层面不断增强自身的角色和职业认知。
Social service abilities of "dual-qualification" teachers in higher vocational colleges are the abilities in promotion of scientific and technological achievements, enterprise technology research and development, and production practice guidance outside of the school field, on the basis of completing school' s work on teaching and research. It embodies mainly technical, training and cultural service abilities. To develop abilities, it is necessary to rationally orient the teachers' duties in the institution and policies, construct the mechanism and platform for "dual-qualification" teachers serving society in schools and strengthen the awareness of teachers about their roles and vocation.
