摘要
以郑单958、鲁单818、金海5号、农华101和蠡玉35共5个玉米品种种子为材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫处理,研究干旱胁迫对不同玉米品种种子萌发及活力的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,各玉米品种种子萌发均受到不同程度抑制,且随PEG质量分数的增加抑制作用越明显。综合各项活力指标,5个玉米品种抗旱性强弱顺序为郑单958>鲁单818>金海5号>农华101>蠡玉35。
The seeds of five maize varieties such as Zhengdan 958, Ludan 818,Jinhai No. 5, Nonghua 101 and Liyu 35 were used as materials, the seed germination and vigor were studied under PEG-6000 simulated drought stress. Results showed that the seed germination of five maize varieties were inhibited under drought stress, and the inhibitory effect increased significantly with the increase of PEG concentrations. Considering the various indexs, the order of drought resistance of five maize varieties: Zhengdan 958 〉 Ludan 818 〉 Jinhai No. 5 〉 Nonghua 101 〉 Liyu 35.
