摘要
应用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)对番茄幼苗进行浸根处理,研究各植物激素处理对番茄干物质积累的影响。结果表明:IAA(0.1 mg/L)、GA3(1 mg/L)、NAA(0.005 mg/L)、6-BA(0.01 mg/L)对番茄幼苗的生长及干物质的积累具有促进作用,同时有利于侧根的生长和根数的增加,并与对照呈显著差异。
The effects of hormone compounds on the dry matter accumulation were studied under the tomato seeds were soaked in different concentrations of Gibberellin ( GA3 ) , Indole-3-acetic acid ( IAA), 1-naphthyla- cetic acid ( NAA), 6-benzylaminopurine ( 6-BA ) solution. The results show that, IAA ( 0. 1 mg/L ), GA3 (1 rag/L),NAA(O. 005 mg/L),6-BA(0.01 mg/L) have a significant role in promoting the seedling growth and dry matter accumulation, also increase the number of lateral roots and root growth, and there is a significant difference with ck.
