摘要
以切花"西伯利亚"种球为试材,采用60Co-γ射线辐照处理进行辐射诱变育种试验,研究了不同的诱变剂量对百合种球成活及植株生长发育的影响。结果表明:用60Co-γ射线辐射剂量为5Gy诱变"西伯利亚"种球比较合适。经4、5、6Gy 60Co-γ处理对百合植株的生长和发育出现较明显的辐射损伤,随着辐照剂量的增加,植株成活率、株高、叶片数、花蕾数、开花株率、花径相应减少,而出苗时间则增加,成活率分别为80%、52%、20%。
Taking ‘Siberia'bulbs as test material,by ^60 Co-γ ray irradiation for radiation mutation breeding experiment,the effect of different mutagen dosage on development of lily bulbs survival and the growth of plants were studied.The results showed that 60Co-γray radiation dose of 5Gy mutagenesis was suitable for‘Siberia'bulbs.The bulbs were treated by 4,5,6Gy ^60Co-γ,which showed obvious radiation damage of the plants growth and development.The rate of plant survival were 80%,52%,20%.As the ray irradiation increased,the rate of plant survival,the plant height,leaves,buds,the rate of plant flowering,diameter of flower were reduced,the time of seedling was increased.
