Analysis of Goal Interaction of Taobao Conversation under the Framework of the Principle of Goal Direction

通过目的原则指导下的会话分析发现,淘宝对话中双方的目的关系表现为三类:目的一致、目的冲突和目的中性,而且是不断变化的。淘宝语言目的互动特征为变化中的简单、矛盾中的合作和"明白"中的和谐。这些特点对现实交易活动中建立和谐的人际关系具有重要的启示意义。

Through the conversational analysis under the guidance of GP（ the Principle of Goal Direction）,the goal relation between the two parties of Taobao conversation（ the conversation concerning a transaction between the buyer and the seller via Taobao. com）is found to be changing between agreement,conflict and neutrality. Such finding reveals Taobao conversation is characterized by simplicity in changing,cooperation in conflict and harmony in clarity. These characteristics of Taobao conversation shed light on how to establish a harmonious relationship in the real business dealing in our life.
