摘要
选取50名社区中老年女性,进行为期6个月的广场健身舞运动,旨在观察长期坚持广场健身舞是否能提高中老年女性健康体适能.研究结果表明,6个月的广场健身舞可以降低中老年女性的BMI指数和体脂百分比,提高心肺功能,提高身体素质.因此,长期坚持广场健身舞运动可以提高中老年女性健康体适能,对身体有益.
The study , based on a period of six months square dance exercise of 50 middle and old aged women in a community ,aims to observe whether a long - term adherence of square dance exercise can improve health - related physical fitness of the middle and old aged women . The study shows that six months fitness dance can reduce body mass index and body fat percentage , improve the cardiopulmonary function and physical quality of the middle and old aged women .Therefore , a long -term adherence of square dance exercise is beneficial to their health of middle and old aged women .
