贫困生资助绩效评价是资助政策实行的重要内容,开展资助工作的绩效评估体系研究,对于提高资助绩效具有重要意义。通过分析资助体系的发展,对建立贫困生资助绩效评估体系的必要性以及绩效评估的依据、原则、指标体系等进行了探究。

Performance evaluation on funding for poor students is an important part of the funding policy. To carry out the research on performance evaluation system of funding is of great significance for the improvement of funding performance. Through analysis of the subvention system development, the necessity to establish funding performance evaluation system for poor students, as well as the basis, principles, index system and so on, are studied.
