摘要
针对目前氨基磺酸酸液体系抗温性差的问题,从氨基磺酸的化学特性入手,根据"强酸制弱酸"的原理,通过复配得到一种氨基磺酸型酸液体系,即20%氨基磺酸+15%(乙酸+含氯有机酸盐A)(代号为HZ-1),并对该酸液体系的溶蚀性能、腐蚀性能以及酸化改造效果等进行了评价,最后通过利用X-衍射对反应残渣进行成分分析。研究结果表明,HZ-1具有很好的溶蚀性能,并且具有一定缓速性能;通过深部酸化岩层,可以起到良好的岩层改造作用。此外,使用HZ-1不会生成硫酸钙沉淀,克服了氨基磺酸酸液体系在中高温条件下使用的局限性。
In allusion to the problem of poor temperature resistance of conventional amino sulfonic acid system,a novel amino acid system named HZ-1is prepared by using 20% amino acid+15%(acetic acid and Chlorine-containing organic acid salts A),and its performance is evaluated.Experimental results showed that HZ-1has retarder with ultimate dissolution rate of more than 70% of 15% HCI.Compared with HCI the corrosion rate of N80 carbon steel is low,and it has good effect on the transformation of the core.XRD component analysis shows the acid-rock reaction would not generate calcium sulfate precipitation.The limitation of amino acid for acidizing carbonate reservoirs is overcame.
