基于结构功能主义的篮球裁判功能与角色研究

The Function and Role of Basketball Referee Based Structural Functionalism

采用文献资料法、访谈法、比较研究法和半结构式的深度访谈,以社会学中常用的结构功能主义观点分析了篮球裁判的社会结构功能与角色。篮球裁判扮演着"仲裁者"、"教育者"、"服务者"的角色,对裁判的角色期待与冲突表现在态度层面、技术层面、社会互动层面。篮球裁判的成长是一个长期的、逐步内化的过程,需要裁判明确目标、正确定位,通过努力将知识内化,在实际比赛中提高自身素质。

By using a literature method,interview method and comparative study method and semi-structural depth interview,social structure and function role of basketball referee are analyzed by using the structure and functionalism of sociology.The result indicates that the basketball referee plays a role of 'arbiter','educator'and 'servant',the role of basketball society presents in attitude,technology and social interaction,imaging and deportment and the promotion of physical education.The role conflict appears in the attitude,technology and interpersonal interaction.Education of basketball referee is a long and gradual process of internalization,the referee needs to have a clear objective,correct positioning and make an efforts to have knowledge internalization,and improve their own quality in the actual competition.
