老年气虚型便秘的中西医结合护理效果分析

Effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing in elderly patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation

目的探讨中西医护理在老年气虚型便秘中的应用效果。方法将92例老年气虚型便秘的患者随机分为对照组和实验组各46例,对照组实施西医常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上实施中医护理。实施2个疗程后,比较2组治疗效果及复发率。结果第二个疗程后实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组(Z=-2.44,P<0.01),其复发率亦低于对照组。结论老年气虚型便秘运用中西医结合护理,治疗效果好,复发率低。

Objective To study the effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing in elderly patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation. Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with Qi-deficiency constipation were randomly divided into control group （n=46 ）and experimental group （n = 46 ）. The control group was given regular western nursing, the experimental group was given integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing.After 2 courses of treatment,the effect and recurrence rates were compared between two groups.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（Z=-2.44,P〈0.01）.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions Integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing in elderly patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation has a good treatment effect and lower recurrence rate.
