摘要 近年已有大量研究证实,在β细胞功能调节中,microRNA起重要作用.MicroRNA是基因表达的负调控因子,在β细胞的增殖、生存方面起关键作用.特定microRNA水平的改变与β细胞代偿功能相关,促进β细胞存活和发挥作用的激素或生物活性肽可调节microRNA水平.相反,细胞因子、高脂血症、高血糖和氧化型低密度脂蛋白引起的microRNA的表达修饰,可以促进β细胞功能衰竭和凋亡. Recent studies have emphasized the instrumental role of microRNAs in the control of β cell function.MicroRNAs are negative regulators of gene expression,and are pivotal for the control of β cell proliferation,function,and survival.Changes in specific microRNA levels,which have been associated with β cell compensation,are triggered by hormones or bioactive peptides that promote β cell survival and function.Conversely,modifications of other specific microRNAs contribute to β cell dysfunction and death elicited by diabetogenic factors including cytokines,chronic hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,and oxidized low density lipoprotein.
