摘要 Rho A/Rho激酶(Rho A/ROCK)途径在许多病理状态中起重要作用。Rho A蛋白参与了血管平滑肌张力的调节并激活许多下游激酶。ROCK是Rho A的下游激酶之一,ROCK在局部血流和血压中发挥各种重要功能。ROCK激活可维持肌球蛋白轻链激酶的活性导致肌动蛋白/肌球蛋白的相互作用和平滑肌细胞的收缩,这一作用独立于游离胞质钙的水平。本文对Rho A/ROCK与高血压之间的关系作一综述,更好地理解这一通路在高血压中的作用机制。 RhoA/ROCK pathway plays an important role in many pathological diseases. RhoA participates in the regu-lation of smooth muscle tone and activates many downstream kinases. ROCK is one of the downstream kinases of RhoA. ROCK is necessary for diverse functions such as local blood flow, arterial/pulmonary blood pressure. ROCK activation permits actin/myosin interactions and smooth muscle cells contraction by maintaining the activity of myosin light-chain kinase, independently of the free cytosolic calcium level. The focus of this review is on the involvement of RhoA/Rho-kinase in hypertension, before exploring the most recent findings regarding this pathway.
