摘要
积极情绪与职业认同之间存在相辅相成的关系。消极思维模式导致职业角色认知偏差;消极情绪导致消极的职业情感;消极行为模式导致专业行为退缩。积极情绪增强教师职业幸福感;积极的性格品质增进教师职业能力的发展;积极情绪促进老师自我效能感的发展。高职学院可以通过积极心理学培训,提高教师的情绪管理,促进教师积极情绪的发展,提高教育管理效率,创建一个属于全体师生的幸福校园。
There is a complementary relationship between positive emotion and occupation .identity. Negative thought patterns lead to occupational role of cognitive bias;negative emotions lead to the negative emotion of the occupation ; negative patterns of behavior leads to retraction of professional behavior. Positive emotion enhance the teacher professional well-being sense;positive character to enhance the development of teachers' professional ability;positive emotions to promote teacher self-efficacy sense of development. Higher vocational college through positive psychology training,improve teachers' emotional management,promote the development of teacher's positive emotion, improve the efficiencv of education management, create a helongs to all the teachers and students happy campus.
