There is a complementary relationship between positive emotion and occupation .identity. Negative thought patterns lead to occupational role of cognitive bias;negative emotions lead to the negative emotion of the occupation ; negative patterns of behavior leads to retraction of professional behavior. Positive emotion enhance the teacher professional well-being sense;positive character to enhance the development of teachers＇ professional ability;positive emotions to promote teacher self-efficacy sense of development.
