氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗老年难治性功能性消化不良的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of flupentixol and melitracen tablet in the treatment of elderly patients with intractable functional dyspepsia

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗老年难治性功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的60例老年难治性功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组的效果。结果研究组治疗后的SAS、SDS评分以及GSRS积分显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=13.194,P〈0.05）。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗老年难治性功能性消化不良效果显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablet in the treatment of elderly pa-tients with intractable functional dyspepsia. Methods 60 elderly patients with intractable functional dyspepsia in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and divided into the research group and the control group by double-blind.The control group was given conventional treatment,the research group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablet on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results The score of SAS,SDS and GSRS in the research group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the research group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,with significant difference （χ^2=13.194,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of flu-pentixol and melitracen tablet in the treatment of elderly patients with intractable functional dyspepsia is significant, which can improve clinical manifestations of patient,and the security is high,it is worthy of clinical promotion and appli-cation.
