摘要
从2010年开始,中国学前教育政策正经历着“四位一体”的规范转型、价值转型、制度转型与行动转型。以波兰尼的“大转型理论”视角来看,当下中国学前教育政策转型主要缘于自下而上的民间“保护性反向运动”与自上而下的官方“保护性反向运动”的双向互动。其中,前者由舆论倒逼引起,后者由治理转型推动。研究者据此建议,今后一个时期,我们要重在建构起能指向未来的、可持续的“发展型”学前教育政策。
Since 2010, Chinese preschool education policy has been experiencing a transformation which includes code trans- formation, value transformation, system transformation and action transformation. From the perspective of Polanyi' s great transformation, the current transformation in Chinese preschool education policy started with the two way interaction between bottom-to-top nongovernmental "protective counter-movement" and top-to-bottom governmental "protective counter-movement". The former is caused by public opinion while the latter is caused by management transformation. The author, therefore, suggests that Chinese preschool education policy should be future oriented, sustainable and "development valued".
