介绍了百度、腾讯和阿里巴巴在大数据的应用场景的共同点和差异点。系统总结了7大层面的共同点,包括在数据基础平台层、业务运营监控层、用户体验层、精细化运营和营销层、数据支撑市场传播层面、经营分析层面以及战略分析层面的大数据应用。并对三家公司在大数据策略的差异做了系统的分析,包括百度在大数据引擎的策略、阿里巴巴基于云计算的数据开放和大数据应用策略以及腾讯的大数据支撑内部运营策略。
This paper introduces the common and different point of application background for big data in Baidu, Tencent and Alibaba. Summarization of the common point is from seven levels, which include the level of data base platform, the level of business operation monitor, the level of user experience, the level of finely operating and marketing, the level of market communications supported by da- ta, the level of management analysis and strategy analysis. The differences of big data strategy in three companies are analyzed system- atically, which include the strategy of big data engine in Baidu, the strategy of data opening and big data application based on cloud computing in Alibaba, and the strategy of internal operation supported by big data in Tencent.
