编组场驼峰溜放智能联锁控制系统探讨

摘要 针对企业铁路编组场生产作业,提出了一种驼峰溜放智能联锁控制系统。探讨了驼峰溜放作业的智能安全防护方法;基于先进的自动控制和现场总线技术,采用二乘二取二冗余系统结构,阐述了故障-安全电路的工作原理。实际运用过程中,系统有效地保证了驼峰溜放作业安全,提高了生产效率。同时,系统的合理性与安全性得到验证。可为企业铁路编组场的智能化建设以及提高作业效率提供借鉴。 In this paper, an intelligent interlocking system for railway hump yard operations is proposed. The methods of safety protection for humping operation are presented. Based on ad- vanced automatic control and field-bus technology, a double two-vote-two redundant system ar- chitecture is designed and the working principle of its fail-safe circuit is expounded. The applica- tion of the system has obtained satisfactory effects with high efficiency and the feasibility and safety of the system design has been verified. This work provides a reference for intelligent con- trol and efficiency improvement of the railway hump yard operation.
