福辛普利治疗高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Fosinopril in the Treatment of Hypertension with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的:分析福辛普利治疗高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果及用药安全性。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年3月笔者所在医院收治的41例高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者作为观察对象,所有患者均在常规治疗基础上服用福辛普利,比较用药前后患者心功能、血压及心率改善情况。结果:治疗期间未出现死亡病例,治疗后患者血压及心率改善程度优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后患者LVEF明显上升,LVESV、LVEDV水平下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:福辛普利能够显著改善高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者高血压症状及心功能,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy and the safety of Fosinopril in the treatment of hypertension with chronic congestive heart failure. Method： 41 patients with hypertension with chronic： congestive heart failure were randomly selected from January 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital as the research objects, all patients took Fosinopril based on the conventional treatment.Before and after the treatment blood pressure, heart rate and cardiac function were compared.Result： No death case was found during the treatment.The levels of blood pressure and heart rate after treatment were better than those of before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment LVEF significantly increased, LVESV and LVEDV levels decreased, compared with before treatment, there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Fosinopril can significantly improve the symptoms of hypertension and heart function of hypertension with chronic congestive heart failure, and it is worth of the clinical promotion.
