小细胞肺癌中VEGF、Dll4及Notch1的表达及相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、Dll4及Notch1的表达水平及相互关系,寻找SCLC靶向治疗的新靶点。方法:采用免疫组化法测量45例SCLC肿瘤组织中VEGF、Dll4及Notch1蛋白的表达水平,并选取20例癌旁正常组织作对照组。结果:VEGF、Dll4在SCLC肿瘤组织中的阳性率均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01),Notch1在两组中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在SCLC肿瘤组织中VEGF与Dll4的表达呈高度正相关(rs=0.867,P<0.01),Notch1与VEGF的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.425,P<0.01),Notch1与Dll4的表达亦呈负相关(rs=-0.370,P<0.05)。结论:大多数SCLC的肿瘤组织中均存在VEGF、Dll4的表达,Notch1基本无表达,三者之间存在相关性。 Objective: To investigate the expression levels and mutual relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), D114 and Notchl in tumor tissue of small cell lung cancer, and looking for new targets of targeted therapy in SCLC.Method: Immunohistochemistry technology was used to detect the expression of VEGF, D114 and Notchl protein in 45 cases with SCLC tumor tissue, compared with 20 cases of adjacent normal lung tissue.Result: In SCLC tumor tissue the positive rates of VEGF and D114 were significantly higher than those in the adjacent normal tissue(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Notchl between the two groups(P〉0.05).VEGF was highly positively correlated with Dl14(rs=0.867, P〈0.01)in the tumor tissue in SCLC, Notchl was negatively correlated with VEGF(rs=-0.425, P〈0.01), so was Notchl and Dll4 (rs=-0.370, P〈0.05).Conclusion: There are expression of VEGF and D114 in tumor tissues in most ofSCLC, basically no expression of Notchl.There are correlation between VEGF, Dll4 and Notchl.
