摘要
目的:提高新护士整体素质,保证护理安全,为临床提供实用型护理人才。方法:对2011年7月-2014年7月新毕业护士346名进行4周的技能培训,比较培训前后护理人员理论、操作考试合格率和患者满意度的差异。结果:新护士角色转换快,技术操作规范,提高了护士的整体业务水平和自信心,护士学习主动性、理论联系实际能力以及沟通能力也有了明显增强,"三基"理论和操作考试合格率由2010年的96.00%,提高到2014年的100%。患者满意度由2010年的95.62%上升到2014年的98.88%。结论:对新护士进行合理、有效的技能培训,有利于新护士角色转变,是提高护理质量、保障护理安全的根本保证。
Objective: To improve the overall new nurses quality, guarantee nursing safety, for clinical provides the practical nursing talents. Method: From July 2011 to July 2014, 346 graduate nurses skills were trained four weeks, the differences in nursing theory, operation examination pass rate and patient satisfaction before and after training were compared.Result: New nurses' roles change rapidly, technology practices to improve the overall business level nurses and self-confidence, nurses learning initiative, the ability to integrate theory with practice and communication skills had also been significantly enhanced, 'three bases' theory and operation of the examination pass rate in 2010 was 96.00%, increased to 100% in 2014.Patient satisfaction from in 2010 was 95.62%, rose to 98.88% in 2014.Conclusion: New nurses reasonable and effective skills training, help new nurses changing role is to improve the quality of care to ensure the care and safety of the fundamental guarantee.
