Exploration and Practice of Integration of Nosocomial Infection Management Model in Operating Room and Supply Room

手术室供应室一体化感染管理使全院手术器械处置达到程序化、标准化,保证了器械的清洗、灭菌质量,减少了医院感染的危险因素,提高了医院的感染管理质量。同时实现了医疗资源的整合,使医院在物力和人力方面的投入和支出更加合理,达到降低管理成本、提高管理效能与质量。笔者所在医院实践证明手术室供应室一体化感染管理,改善器械质量,有效控制医源性感染的发生。

The integration of nosoeomial infection management model in operating room and supply room made the disposal of surgical instruments to procedural and standardized, ensured the quality of the cleaning and sterilization for equipment, reduced the dangerous factors of hospital infection and improved the quality of the management for hospital infection.In the meantime, medical resources were integrated and the use of material resources and manpower was more reasonable, which led to the cost reduction, management efficiency and quality improvement.Our practice had proved that the integration of nosocomial infection management model in operating room and supply room improved the quality of equipment and was an effective way to control the iatrogenic infection.
