摘要 某热电厂2台100 MW机组在运行过程中排烟温度过高,导致发电煤耗升高,并影响电除尘器性能。根据该厂的实际情况,提出加装低压省煤器的改造方案。经分析研究,最终将低压省煤器安装于空气预热器与除尘器之间,与主回水成并联布置,换热元件采用H型鳍片管。采用等效焓降法对该厂加装低压省煤器进行经济性分析,发现锅炉排烟温度降低了33℃左右,节省标准煤约3.29 g/kWh。 Exhaust gas temperature of two 100 MW units of some thermoelectricity plant was high which caused coal con-sumption increase and affected performance of electric precipitators.According to physical truth of this plant,a transforma-tion scheme of installing low pressure economizer was proposed.By means of analysis research,it was decided to install the low pressure economizer between air preheater and filter which was arranged in parallel with the main return water and use H-style fin-tube tube as heat exchange element.Equivalent enthalpy method was used for analyzing economical efficiency of installing the low pressure economizer in this plant and it was discovered that exhaust gas temperature of the boiler decreased about 33 ℃ and standard coal was saved about 3.29 g/kWh.
