摘要 针对煤堆自燃趋势的预报问题,建立包括煤低温氧化动力学模型、煤堆等效热传导方程和煤堆孔隙中的氧气扩散方程相互耦合的煤堆自燃趋势预报模型。采用坐标变换的方法把煤堆断面变换成规则的计算平面后进行离散化处理,并对离散化代数方程组进行求解。在煤堆表面为对流边界的条件下,计算得到煤堆温度场、氧气浓度场的分布和随时间变化规律。初步分析结果表明,该模型能够合理解释煤堆自燃的趋势和着火位置。 Aiming at prediction problem of spontaneous combustion trend of coal dump,prediction model of spontaneous combustion trend of coal dump for intercoupling of dynamics model of coal low temperature oxidation,equivalent equation of heat conduction of coal dump and oxygen diffusion equation for coal dump hole were established.Coordinate transformation method was used for trans-forming fracture section of coal dump into regular calculation plane for discretization treatment and solve the discretization algebraic equation.Under the condition of coal dump surface as convective boundary,temperature field of coal dump,distribution of oxygen concentration field and change rule with time was worked out.Preliminary analysis indicates that this model could reasonably explain spontaneous combustion trend of coal dump and the firing position.
