摘要
某电厂锅炉增压风机运行中出现4次叶片断裂的情况,通过运行数据分析、宏观检查和诊断试验,确定引起叶片断裂的原因是增压风机在高负荷下失速压力裕量偏低,提出增加叶片弦长和翼厚的改造方案。对改造前后增压风机的运行参数进行对比,对比结果和改造后的运行效果说明改造方案能有效解决叶片断裂的问题。
In allusion to four times of blade fracture of the boiler booster fan in some power plant,by means of analysis on operational data,microscopic check and diagnosis experiment,reason for fracture was confirmed as low margin of stalling pressure of the booster fan with high load.Therefore,transformation scheme of increasing chord length and thick wing of the blade was proposed.Operational parameters of the booster fan before and after transformation were compared and the results and operational effect after transformation indicate the transformation scheme could effectively solve problem of blade fracture.
