基于开放存取的文献信息资源共享模式研究

Research on the Literature Information Resource Sharing Mode Based on the Open Access

文献信息资源共享一直是科技情报界探讨的重要课题,近几年,随着文献信息资源的日益增多,信息资源的共享利用成为越来越重要的问题,开放存取是近几年出现的一种新的、高效的、公平的学术信息交流机制,并逐渐得到国内外情报界人士的关注。本文分析了开放存取对于文献信息资源共享模式的影响,以及文献信息资源共享过程中,对于内容丰富、形式多样的开放存取内容进行形式及质量的控制。

Literature information resource sharing has always been science and technology intelligence community to discuss important topics, in recent years, along with the increasing of literature information resources, the sharing of information resources utilization become more and more important problem, open access is appeared in recent years a new, efficient and fair academic information exchange mechanism, and gradually get the attentions of the intelligence people at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the influence of open access for the literature information resource sharing, as well as the literature information resource sharing mode in the process, for the rich contents, various forms of open access content to form and control the quality.
