摘要
高技术制造业国际竞争力的高低决定着一个国家制造业整体竞争力的强弱。本文对1999-2012年间91个国家与地区跨国面板数据进行了回归分析,分析提升自主创新能力对增强高技术制造业国际竞争力的影响。实证研究表明:当自主创新处于起步阶段时,创新成果的取得并不能迅速增强高技术制造业国际竞争力;但当自主创新取得突破时,自主创新的规模效应会使高技术制造业国际竞争力趋于增强。研究还发现,自主创新的组织化程度对高技术制造业国际竞争力没有显著影响,但人均收入水平、人力资本投资水平和社会储蓄水平对增强高技术制造业国际竞争力有正面影响。
The international competitiveness of hi-tech manufacturing industry determines the competitiveness of a country's manufacturing section. This paper introduce a regression analysis which include a cross-country panel data of 91 countries and region from 1999-2012, and try to figure out how the increase of independent innovation capacity can influence the international competitiveness of hi-tech manufacturing industry. Empirical research suggest: during the Hedging period of independent innovation, more innovative product can't reinforce the international competitiveness of hi-tech manufacturing industry immediately; but when independent innovation achieve a breakthrough, the scale effect of independent innovation will be helpful to reinforce the international competitiveness of hi-tech manufacturing industry. Research also suggest that though the organizational degree of independent innovation has no significant influence on the international competitiveness of hi -tech manufacturing industry, per capita income, human capital investment and saving rate have positive effects.
