摘要
在二灰桩的桩体材料中加入适量水泥,形成三灰桩。加入的水泥,通过桩体材料之间,以及这些材料与桩周土发生的一系列物理化学反应,不仅提高了桩体的强度,而且改变了桩间土的力学性质,在桩身周围形成硬土壳,共同形成较高强度的复合地基。经静力触探法检测,三灰桩锥尖阻力平均达11.45MPa(6根桩),而二灰桩平均只有4.8MPa;单桩复合地基载荷试验表明,三灰桩与二灰桩相比,P-S曲线无明显拐点,当S=0.015B时,三灰桩P值为240kPa,二灰桩P值180kPa。故三灰桩可大幅度地提高复合地基承载力。
Put just the right amount of cement in to pile material of 2plaster pile,an d formed 3plaster pile.Because of cement into pile materials,a series of physical chem istry change take placed in the pile a nd earth around pile body.Not only in creased strength of pile body,but also changed mechanic prop erties of earth between piles,and fo rmed hard earth crust around pile bod y,thus formed jointly higher strength of compound foundation.Through testing with static con tact probe method showing that avera ge cone head resistance of 3plaster pile 11.45MPa(6piles),but the 2plaster pile only 4.8MPa.L oad testing of single pile compound f oundation showing that P -S curve of 3plaster pile no clear turn ing point and just at S =0.015B,the P v alue of 3plaster pile 240KPa,and P va lue of 2plaster pile180KPa.So the 3plaster pile may be la rgely heighten load -bearing capacity of compound foundation.
