本文通过对北方严寒地区乡村规划建设的特点及问题的研究,运用层次分析法、专家打分法和评价模型进行定量分析,构建了北方严寒地区乡村规划评估体系的基本框架,提出了北方严寒地区乡村规划的评估标准。
