To retain the culture of small towns in our country, the urban planning through to the urban material space evolution of the control directly affect the cultural protection and development of small towns. By controlling the Nanyue town three street, planning and design, this paper discusses the role of regional culture in small town planning and implementation, the planning of small towns to better reflect the charm of regional culture.
