以患者为中心、尊重医护工作者是心血管病专科医院"人性化"规划设计的出发点和落脚点。依据心血管病的医治特点,合理布局建筑功能流线,重点设计急诊部、手术部和重症监护科,打造高效便捷的公共空间体系,营造充满阳光与绿色的医疗环境,使患者得到及时救治,提升治疗与康复效果;同时医患分区分流,保证工作环境的安全、安静。通过实例对基于人本理念的心血管病医院规划设计策略与手法进行研究。
