微小型斜盘式制冷压缩机的力学行为分析

摘要 针对微小型斜盘式制冷压缩机的结构特点及运转状况,建立其相应的运动学模型和动力学模型,借助工程分析软件MATLAB对该类压缩机的力学行为特性进行了仿真研究,据此获得对压缩机设计及运转均具有重要影响的活塞往复惯性力和斜盘旋转离心惯性力的演绎变化规律.研究表明:双缸布局的结构能将上下往复的惯性力转化为气缸平面的扭摆惯性力矩,从而可以利用大跨距配置的螺钉予以抵御;另外,可以借助斜盘倾斜的偏心质量来产生离心惯性力冲消部分扭摆惯性力矩.本文工作可为今后设计低振动低噪声微小型斜盘式制冷压缩机提供理论参考依据. Based on the structural features and operating conditions of the miniature swash plate refrigeration compressor, a corresponding kinematics model and dynamics model are established with the aid of engineering analysis software MATLAB, simulation research on the mechanical behavior characteristic of this kind of compressor is done, and the law regulating the change and mutual influence of the piston reciprocating inertia force and the swash plate rotating centrifugal inertia force is revealed. Studies have shown that the structure of double cylinder can convert reciprocating inertia force into torsional inertia moment, which can be resisted by large-span screws. In addition, the eccentric mass of the swash plate can be used to generate centrifugal inertia force in order to counteract part of torsional inertia moment. This study can lay a theoretical reference basis for the future design of miniature swash plate refrigeration compressors with low vibration and low noise.
