昼夜节律与前列腺癌关系研究进展

Research progress of relationship between circadian rhythm and prostate cancer

摘要 昼夜节律普遍存在于各种生物体,参与多种生命活动。生活节奏的加快使人体昼夜节律的破坏日趋严重,进而导致一系列严重疾病。前列腺癌(PCa)的发病率位居男性恶性肿瘤前列,但其发病机制仍不明确。近年来的多项研究发现昼夜节律紊乱与PCa等多种肿瘤发生相关。本文就昼夜节律与PCa的关系进行综述。 Circadian rhythm generally exists ano parttclpates lit many auuwuc~ u e, An accelerating rhythm of living destructed human circadian rhythm seriously and led to a series of serious disea- ses. The incidence o{ prostate cancer is high in male patients with malignant tumors, but its pathogenesis has not been elucidated. Recent studies show circadian rhythm dysregulation plays a possible role in tumorigenesis of pros- tate cancer and other tumors. The relationship between circadian rhythm and prostate cancer tumorigenesis has L been summarized in this article.
