钙敏感受体和钙蛋白酶在大鼠脊髓的表达及其定位 被引量:1

Expression and location of calcium-sensitive receptor and calpain in rat spinal cord

摘要 目的探讨钙敏感受体(CaSR)和钙蛋白酶在大鼠脊髓缺血-再灌注损伤(SCII)中的作用。方法采用Western blot法检测CaSR在5只健康SD大鼠脊髓中的表达,免疫组化法观察CaSR及钙蛋白酶在脊髓表达的定位。结果 CaSR和钙蛋白酶在大鼠脊髓白质和灰质的前角、侧角及后角均有广泛表达。CaSR在脊髓神经元及神经胶质细胞的胞膜、胞浆和突起部均有表达,而钙蛋白酶仅在神经元的胞浆、胞膜和突起部表达。结论大鼠脊髓神经元细胞的细胞膜、胞浆及突起部是CaSR和钙蛋白酶的共表达部位,可能参与SCII的发生发展。 Objective To study the expression and location of calcium-sensitive receptor(CaSR) and calpain in rat spinal cord. Methods Spinal cord tissues were obtained from 5 healthy SD rats. The expression of CaSR was detected by Western blot. The locations of CaSR and calpain expressions were determined by immunohistochemitry. Results CaSR and calpain were expressed extensively in the white matter and gray matter in anterior angle, lateral angle and back angle of the spinal cord. CaSR was expressed in the membrane, cytoplasmic and protrusion portion of neurons and glial cells in rat spinal cord. Calpain was detected in the membrane, cytoplasmic and protrusion portion of neurons. Conclusion CaSR and calpain are all expressed in the membrane, cytoplasmic and protrusion portion of spinal cord neurons, which may participate in the occurrence and development of ischemia- reperfusion injury of the spinal cord.
