老年晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗进展

Advances in the management of elderly patients with advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer

肺癌是一种老年性疾病,目前针对老年非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗正面临着极大的挑战。尽管有50%以上的非小细胞肺癌患者在诊断时的年龄已超过70岁,但针对这类患者的研究却十分有限。许多晚期老年患者未获得最佳治疗或已失去了最佳治疗的机会。本文旨在通过整理和分析现有的相关研究,总结老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者最适宜的治疗方案。

Lung cancer is a disease of the elderly. Nowadays, the management of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） is challenging. Despite the fact that more than 50% of patients with NSCLC are elderly（ 70 years old）, information remains scant on these patients. Many older patients with advanced NSCLC do not receive or have lost the chance of optimal management. The goal of this review is to sort and analyze the information obtained from published literatures and to provide guidance on how to treat elderly patients with advanced NSCLC more appropriately.
