呼吸机集束化干预策略对无创机械通气吸痰所致低氧血症的影响 被引量:4

摘要 选取100例无创机械通气患者分为观察组和对照组各50组,对照组给予呼吸机常规护理,观察组给予呼吸机集束化干预策略,比较两组吸痰后低氧血症发生率。干预后,观察组吸痰后动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、血氧饱和度(Sp O2)显著升高,与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组低氧血症发生率分别为16.0%(8/50)和4.0%(2/50),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。呼吸机集束化干预策略可有效降低无创机械通气吸痰所致低氧血症,值得临床推广应用。
