摘要
目的:探讨能谱CT扫描所测量CT值与碘浓度之间的关系,测量未知成分混合物的衰减系数、混合物密度和有效原子序数。方法:采用GE公司标准定量分析体模,体模圆周上9个孔,共安装3个试管(ROI1,ROI2,ROI3),试管长度100 mm,外径25 mm,内径18 mm,其内装有不同浓度标准碘液,浓度依次为0.6 mg/m L、0.4 mg/m L、0.2 mg/m L。结果:能谱CT成像可以探讨多参数成像,可以获得CT单能量成像,混合能量图像、能谱曲线//有效原子序数、混合物的密度对临床诊断的多参数分析提供了理论依据。结论:通过能谱CT的理论模型和实验数据结合分析,可以测量多个成像参数。
Objective To discuss on the relationship between iodine concentration and CT values measured by CT spectra imaging technology, and to measure the attenuation coefficient of mixture of the unknown composition, the density of mixture and the effective atomic number. Methods The standard quantitative analysis phantom of GE company was applied. There were nine holes on the circumference of a circle phantom. Three tubes (ROll, ROI2 ROI3), with 100 mm in the tube length, 25 mm in the outside diameter, and 18 mm in the inside diameter, were installed, with different concentrations of iodine solution. And the different concentrations were, in order, 0.6 mg/mL, 0.4 mg/mL, 0.2 mg/mL. Results Multi-parameter imaging could be studied by spectral CT imaging, and CT single energy imaging, hybrid energy imaging, spectral curve, effective atomic number and the density of mixture could be obtained, which provided a theoretical basis for the multi-parameter analysis of clinical diagnosis. Conclusion Multiple imaging parameters can be measured by analyzing the theoretical model and experimental data of spectral CT.
