一种应用于心脏起搏器的心电处理电路的设计

摘要 目的:为了有效治疗慢性心律失常等疾病,心脏起搏器被广泛应用于病人治疗方案当中。心脏起搏器的心电处理电路能否安全有效地采集到病人心电信息,决定着心脏起搏器的性能。针对其功耗低、体积小等要求,设计一种应用于心脏起搏器的心电处理电路。方法:根据心电信号的特点,以MCP6042为核心设计出由带通滤波放大电路和比较电路组成的心电处理电路。带通滤波放大电路可对心电信号进行放大并滤除干扰信号而获得可用信号,然后将可用信号送给比较电路进行处理,输出单片机能够识别的信号。结果:以模拟心脏仪提供实验条件,该电路能够从淹没在噪声中的微弱心电信号里提取出供心脏起搏器应用的心律信号,最微弱的心电信号幅值仅为0.5 m V,且电路工作电流小于1μA。结论:该心电处理电路结构较为简单,具有体积小、功耗低的突出优点,性能也十分稳定,具有实用价值。 Objective To design an ECG processing circuit for cardiac pacemaker, with a low power consumption, small size and other advantages. Cardiac pacemaker is widely applied in therapy to effectively treat diseases, such as chronic arrhythmia, and whether ECG processing circuit can safely and effectively collect patient's ECG information decides the performance of cardiac pacemaker. Methods Based on the characteristics of the ECG, the circuit was designed by taking MCP6042 as the core, which consisted of a band-pass filter circuit and a comparison circuit. The band-pass filter circuit amplified ECG and obtained available signals by filtering the interfering signals. And then the comparison circuit processed the available signal and outputted another available signal which could be recognized by the microcontroller. Results In the experimental condition provided by simulate cardiac analyzer, experiments showed that the circuit could extract the rhythm signal for cardiac pacemaker from weak ECG drowned in noise. The weakest amplitude of ECG was only 0.5 mV and the working current of this circuit was less than 1 μA. Conclusion The ECG processing circuit has practical value for it has a relatively simple structure and the outstanding advantages of small size and low power consumption, and quite stable performance.
