房颤与N-末端脑钠肽前体、血清糖类抗原125的关系 被引量:5

The relationship between atrial fibrillation and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,carbohydrate antigen 125

摘要 目的研究心房颤动与N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、血清糖类抗原125(Ca125)的关系。方法选择房颤患者68例,正常对照组30人,采用化学免疫发光法检测血浆NT-pro BNP及血清Ca125水平。绘制受试者工作特性(ROC)曲线,计算ROC曲线下面积。结果房颤组患者血浆NT-pro BNP水平为(1 548.3±988.7)pg/ml,高于对照组(409.7±236.7)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);房颤组患者血清Ca125水平为(28.4±22.9)U/ml,高于对照组(14.7±7.2)U/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。NT-pro BNP的ROC曲线下面积为0.843,提示预测房颤的NT-pro BNP最佳切点值是737 pg/ml;Ca125的ROC曲线下面积为0.691,预测房颤的Ca125最佳切点值是20.13 U/ml。结论 NTpro BNP、Ca125和房颤有较密切的关系。 Objective To study atrial fibrillation and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),serum carbohydrate antigen 125(Ca125) relationship.Methods 68 hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation were selected as study group,and 30 normal individuals were in control group.The plasma NT-pro BNP and serum Ca125 were determined by chemiluminescent Immunoassay.The NT-pro BNP and Ca125 levels between the two groups were compared.A receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was drawn and area under the curve was calculated.Results Atrial fibrillation patients The average level of plasma NT-pro BNP average(1 548.3±988.7) pg / ml of atrial fibrillation patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(409.7±236.7) pg / ml(P〈0.01).The average level of serum Ca125(28.4±22.9) U / ml of atrial fibrillation patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(14.7 ±7.2)U / ml(P 〈0.01).Area of ROC curve of NT-pro BNP was 0.843,suggesting that the prediction of atrial fibrillation NT-pro BNP optimal cut-off value is 737 pg / ml;Area of ROC curve of Ca125 was 0.691,suggesting that the prediction of atrial fibrillation Ca125 optimal cut-off value is20.13 U / ml.Conclusion There was a close relationship between NT-pro BNP and Ca125 and atrial fibrillation.
